WHAT WE OFFER

Check Out All the Great Amenities!
Assessment Session:
This is the most important part of joining our program. Once you decide we're the best fit for you, our head coach Troy Nunes will take you through two, hour long, assessment session.
Here is what we will be going through during these two private sessions:
Goal setting:
  • Training and Injury History
  • Body fat measurements via Skin Fold Calipers
  • Circumfirments measurements in inches
  • Mobility
  • Proper Movement Mechanics
  • Strength Imbalances

  • Aerobic Capacity
  • Absolute Strength
  • Agility
  • Speed
  • Endurance
  • Balance
We believe that intensity is earned, as well as lifting heavy weights, and barbell movements. You must first prove to us that you are competent enough to train these movements.
Group Classes:
Once you complete your Assessment Sessions you will be able to join our Group CrossFit Classes.
