What do you like most about CFC?
CFC has changed my life in many ways. It has changed the way I eat, workout, and the way I live my life. The community of CFC has completely changed the way I treat people. Everybody is so willing to help and support eachother in any way neccessary. It is truly an honor to be part of the CFC community. Crossfit is not just a workout program, it is a lifestyle. I look forward to entering the box everyday and I am sad when I cannot.
What is your Favorite WOD/LIFT/Crossfit movement?
I love anything to do with back squats or deadlifts.
What are your future goals?
- Complete in more powerlifting competions.
- Become an important part of the CFC Team.
- 525 lb BS, 350 BP, and 600 lb Deadlift
- Most importantly, I want to become a faster runner and a better all around CrossFit athlete. I hate finishing last and hope to start being towards the front of the pack during every WOD.
