Personal Training is for those who want the personal attention of a coach and are not quite prepared for the group atmosphere just yet. Your coach will map out specific goals for you following our one-on-one performance assessment.
For those who are very self-motivated but need a structured plan to maximize their potential, individual programming is the key to success. Our coaches will conduct a performance assessment and drill down on your goals so they can write a customized plan to hold you accountable and help you reach your goals.
