How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Since March 2012
What have been your biggest improvements?
Prior to CrossFit I could not do pushups, pull ups, climb ropes or any of the weight lifting movements.
What is your favorite WOD?
Snatches or prowlers!!!
What is your least favorite WOD?
Running because I have not mastered my breathing while running. I have improved since beginning CrossFit and enjoyed the run clinics that were offered through CrossFit Cabarrus.
What are your goals for the future?
I want to continue to improve all around from running, to kipping, learning how to do double unders, increasing my max weight on snatches, deadlifts, front squats, back squats, etc. I love to see my body transforming, becoming healthier, becoming leaner and stronger. I love that CrossFit is something my Husband and I can do together making our family stronger and healthier too!
