How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Almost 6 Months
What have been your biggest improvements?
I have definitely gained lean muscle and lost body fat. AND I can fit into my old jeans again.
What is your favorite WOD?
I love partner WODs on Saturdays and my favorite movements are probably KBS and Handstand holds
What is your least favorite movement?
Farmer’s Walk, hands down! You can’t put the kettle bells down without doing my second least favorite movement, Burpees!!
What are your goals for the future?
I’d like to be able to do more than two pull-ups at a time and to get down to ~18% body fat.
